NCI 72nd Annual General Meeting – Madras

The Madras Central Council (MCC) had the honour of hosting the 72nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the National Council of India (NCI) from 17 to 20 September 2026 at the Don Bosco Youth Animation Centre, Ennore, Madras.

The gathering brought together representatives of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul from across India for prayer, fellowship, reflection, and sharing, renewing our commitment to serving Christ in the person of the poor.

The four-day AGM strengthened the bonds of fraternity and renewed the Vincentian family’s commitment to its mission.

MCC places on record its appreciation to the volunteers from different Conferences, Area Council Presidents, MCC Board members, and all those who contributed to the smooth and successful conduct of the AGM. In particular, the St. Joseph Conference, Ennore, provided dedicated support in receiving and transporting delegates, providing medical assistance, and coordinating the local arrangements throughout the gathering.

The 72nd NCI AGM will remain a cherished milestone for the Vincentian family of India—a time of faith, fellowship, service, and renewed commitment to the mission of the Society.
